About the RoleWe are looking for a sharp, result-oriented Property Consultant to join our core advisory team. In this role, you will act as a trusted real estate advisor to high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients, guiding them through property investments in the primary residential and commercial sectors of Gurugram.
Key Responsibilities- End-to-End Sales: Convert qualified leads into successful property transactions through structured consultations, property presentations, and site visits.
- Client Advisory: Understand client portfolios, financial criteria, and investment goals to recommend the right property "bouquets."
- Deal Closure: Facilitate price negotiations, handle primary documentation, and coordinate with the internal CRM/Finance teams to ensure smooth booking closures.
What We Are Looking For- Experience: 0 to 1 year of sales experience (experience in real estate, luxury retail, financial services, or premium consulting is a plus).
- Professionalism: Presentable, highly articulate, and capable of building immediate trust with premium, high-intent clients.
- Analytical Ability: Comfort with explaining financial calculations, RERA guidelines, ROI metrics, and payment plan options to clients.
- Ownership: A self-starter mindset with a strong drive to hit monthly booking targets and maximize incentive payouts.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Consulting and Consulting to address client needs and close transactions
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to enhance client experiences
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build lasting client relationships and manage time effectively
- Prior experience in real estate is advantageous but not mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
