Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for a Sales Consultant. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging prospective clients, effectively presenting housing options, and guiding customers through the selection and booking process. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients to identify their needs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining long-lasting client relationships. The consultant will also collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and improve the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Sales Consulting and Consulting experience to assist clients in selecting the best accommodation options
- Strong Communication(Fluent in English) and Customer Service skills to provide excellent support and build relationships
- Proven ability in Customer Satisfaction to ensure clients have a seamless and positive experience
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability to meet diverse client needs
- Self-motivation and a proactive attitude towards achieving sales targets
- Knowledge or experience in the real estate or hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
