Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Consultant based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for driving sales, understanding client needs, and offering tailored interior design solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with potential clients, providing exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting the sales process from initial contact to project agreement. Collaboration with the design team is essential to ensure seamless project handoffs and superior outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales Consulting and Consulting to promote tailored interior design solutions
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and customer-centric selling strategies
- Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills to build trusted client relationships
- Experience in Customer Service to enhance client engagement and retention
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field is preferred but not required
- Proactive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Familiarity with interior design industry trends and materials is a plus
