Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for driving sales by providing expert product knowledge, assisting customers in the vehicle selection process, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from inquiry to purchase. Key responsibilities include maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving monthly sales targets, preparing necessary documentation, and collaborating with the service team to ensure post-sales customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Consulting and Consulting skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure a high-quality experience during and after the sales process.
• Excellent Communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers and team members.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in the automotive or related industries.
• Passion for customer engagement and a results-oriented mindset are highly desirable.
• Previous experience in the automotive industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
