Role Description
This is a full-time remote role (currently) for a Sales Consultant.
The Sales Consultant will be responsible for connecting with Corporates, Colleges, Schools, and Manufacturers/Sellers to introduce Aarsh ReproHealth’s wellness initiatives, health drives, platform partnerships, and Aarsh HealthMart opportunities.
The role involves lead generation, identifying and connecting with decision-makers, presenting tailored solutions, building professional relationships, and achieving business targets.
The ideal candidate should be confident in approaching corporates, navigating through gatekeepers, and connecting with the concerned stakeholders — preferably HR professionals handling employee wellness initiatives.
Collaboration with internal teams will also be an important part of the role to ensure smooth execution and business growth.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in Sales Consulting, Business Development, or Corporate Sales
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to independently generate leads and achieve sales targets
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Kannada, Hindi, or Tamil will be an added advantage
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote setup
• Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, corporate training, or related industries will be an advantage
• Educational qualification can range from 2nd PUC onwards, provided the candidate has relevant experience, confidence, and strong communication skills
