The OpportunityWe are hiring motivated Sales Consultants to speak with Australian homeowners, manage qualified enquiries, and convert opportunities into confirmed sales.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, sales confidence, and the ability to perform in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities- Contact and manage warm inbound / outbound leads
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Explain pricing, rebates, savings, and product benefits clearly
- Build trust with customers and close sales professionally
- Follow up enquiries consistently
- Manage your pipeline from enquiry to close
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and updates
- Work closely with internal support teams
Ideal Candidate- 1+ year experience in BPO sales, telesales, inside sales, or international process preferred
- Australian process experience highly regarded
- Strong spoken English and communication skills
- Confident, professional, and target-driven attitude
- Good objection handling and closing ability
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and coachable
- Looking for genuine growth opportunity
