Role Overview
We are looking for a confident and energetic individual who will be responsible for
handling sales communication with leads, explaining business opportunities, and converting prospects into clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with inbound and outbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Clearly communicate brand offerings and sales proposals
- Build interest and guide clients through the sales process
- Maintain regular follow-ups to drive conversions
- Understand client needs and provide suitable solutions
- Maintain lead data and update in Excel/CRM
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closure
Key Requirements
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Fluent in English & Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
- Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM tools
- Confident, presentable, and sales-driven mindset
- Willingness to learn and grow in sales
