Most real estate firms have a sales problem. What they actually have is a training problem.
One of our premium real estate clients in Gurugram is hiring a Real Estate Trainer / Sales Coach - and this is one of the most impactful roles in any high-growth Real Estate firm.
You won't be selling property. You'll be building the people who do.
The Role: Design onboarding programs, build sales training modules, audit live calls, coach closers on the floor during actual site visits, and track performance metrics that directly move conversion numbers.
This is not a classroom trainer role. This is a revenue-critical position.
What you need:
→ 4–8 years in corporate sales training (minimum 2 years in Real Estate mandatory)
→ Prior experience training teams on high-ticket, competitive micro-markets → Exceptional public speaking in English + Hindi
→ Analytical mindset - you identify gaps and build programs that fix them
→ High-octane personality built for fast-paced environments
