Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Coach based in Delhi, OH. The Sales Coach will train, guide, and mentor the sales force to enhance their skills and improve performance. Their responsibilities will include conducting sales training sessions, analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement, and developing individualized coaching plans. This role also involves collaborating with sales managers to align coaching strategies with overall business goals while ensuring the team meets or exceeds performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills with the ability to inspire and motivate sales teams
- Proficiency in sales strategies, techniques, and performance metrics
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Data analysis and reporting skills for monitoring and improving sales performance
- Organizational and time-management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks and projects
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales management platforms
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt quickly to meet team and organizational objectives
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) and prior experience in sales management or coaching roles
