Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Coordinator role based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team by managing customer inquiries, coordinating sales operations, maintaining records, and ensuring seamless customer service. Responsibilities include communication with clients, managing schedules, processing sales orders, and providing administrative support to enhance the efficiency of the sales team.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales Coordination, including processing orders, managing schedules, and supporting the sales team.
- Ability to provide excellent Customer Service to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and clients.
- Knowledge and experience with Sales and Sales Operations, with an emphasis on goal achievement and teamwork.
- Proficiency in organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software or similar tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
