- Proven hands on work experience as a Sales Co-ordinator
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Co-ordinate with internal/external customers & overseas vendors.
Brief Job Description
- Customer order review, order booking and handing over to manufacturing team, on need basis supporting them with relevant information and clarifications. Quotation review.
- Process orders checking for accuracy of pricing specifications and service performing key complete and order set-up.
- Perform make/buy analysis to determine if product can be produced internally instead of outsourced.
- Develop working relationships with overseas vendors to obtain best prices & delivery for sales.
- Design Management Information Systems that is easy for use, extract data, and generate reports.
- Developing the Dashboard Reports by using Power-BI.
- Develop and implement standardized MIS procedures across all business applications.
- Creating & maintaining Customer Data Base in CRM (Customer Resource Management) Software & “Web-ERP”.
- Organizing Bank Guarantees for customers wherever required and supporting payment on time.
- Uploading Digital Invoice in Customer Portal / ASN creation before the dispatch of material. E-Tender downloading by using Digital signature.
- ISO documentation and attending ISO and other audits (Internal & External audits) – related to Sales.
