π§ About Odriyo
Odriyo is building the operating system for hotels & restaurants β managing bookings, orders, and complete business operations.
We are scaling Delhi NCR & Varanasi, and this role will build our revenue engine from 0β1.
π― The Role: Sales Co-Founder
You will own revenue, onboarding, and market expansion.
- Close early customers yourself
- Onboard hotels & restaurants onto Odriyo
- Build repeatable onboarding + sales systems
- Drive product feedback from the ground
- Build and lead future sales teams
π You are not just selling β you are building the company.
β οΈ Mandatory Experience (Non-Negotiable)
You MUST have:
β 5+ years of overall sales experience
β 3+ years of experience onboarding hotels/restaurants onto a platform
β Proven hands-on experience in:
- Owner / decision-maker meetings
- Product demos
- Deal closures
- End-to-end onboarding (sign β setup β go-live)
β Background in:
- POS / Billing Software
- Zomato / Swiggy / OYO / OTA ecosystem
- Hospitality SaaS
β Comfortable with:
- Daily field visits (7β10 meetings/day)
- Travel within Delhi NCR & Varanasi(any one)
- High ownership & targets

- Only inside sales / telecalling background

- Drive end-to-end onboarding of hotels & restaurants
- Meet owners daily and close + onboard on ground
- Ensure activation & usage (not just signup)
- Build strong presence in both cities
- Generate consistent revenue + onboarding pipeline
- Bring real insights into product & GTM decisions

- Fixed Salary: Competitive
