About the Role
PlanBnext is building a global network of senior Salesforce architects and consultants who can help enterprises resolve real production issues across Salesforce CRM and Industry Cloud environments.
We are hiring experienced professionals who can troubleshoot complex Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and industry-specific cloud implementations.
This is not a permanent role. Experts will participate in the PlanBnext Pay-Per-Ticket support model, where consultants help resolve real client incidents, configuration issues, and architecture challenges.

Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot complex Salesforce CRM production issues
• Support configuration, workflows, automation, and system architecture
• Assist clients with Salesforce optimization and troubleshooting
• Resolve technical blockers impacting enterprise Salesforce environments
• Provide expert-level guidance during incident resolution
Requirements
• Minimum 8+ years of Salesforce experience
• Strong expertise in at least one Salesforce CRM or Industry Cloud
• Experience handling real enterprise Salesforce implementations or production issues
• Strong troubleshooting and solution architecture skills
Engagement Model
• Remote expert support through PlanBnext platform

• Payment released after successful ticket resolution
