About the Role
Pixxcel is looking for a results-driven Sales Closer to join our team in Jaipur. This is a full-time, on-site role for someone who thrives on turning qualified leads into committed customers. You'll be the final and most important voice in the customer journey , the person who builds trust, handles objections, and gets the deal signed. If you love the thrill of closing and want your earnings tied directly to your performance, this role is built for you.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first 90 days, you'll be confidently managing your own pipeline, consistently hitting your monthly closure targets, and contributing directly to Pixxcel's revenue growth. Success in this role means strong conversion rates, happy customers, and a steadily growing book of business.
Responsibilities
- Convert warm, qualified leads into closed deals through calls, video meetings, and in-person conversations
- Understand customer needs and clearly communicate how Pixxcel's offerings solve their problems
- Handle objections with confidence and turn hesitation into commitment
- Manage and update your sales pipeline using the company CRM
- Follow up consistently with prospects to keep deals moving
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with the marketing and lead-generation teams to improve lead quality
- Maintain accurate records of conversations, deals, and customer feedback
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, closing, or business development (freshers with exceptional communication skills may also apply)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is a strong plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) is preferred
- Self-motivated, confident, and resilient
- Bachelor's degree in any field preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate
