Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Closing & Sourcing Executive for a full-time, on-site position located in Haveli. The role involves managing client relationships, identifying and sourcing potential real estate properties, leading contract negotiations, and closing sales efficiently. Responsibilities include working closely with clients to understand their needs, conducting market research, sourcing properties, and ensuring seamless coordination for legal and financial processes. You will play a key role in driving business growth, achieving sales targets, and upholding the company’s commitment to client satisfaction and excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, for client management and team collaboration.
- Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and experience in closing sales effectively.
- Analytical Skills to assess market trends and evaluate property or investment opportunities.
- Experience or skills in Procurement and sourcing high-quality real estate properties.
- Recruiting abilities to identify and onboard potential collaborators or partners.
- Proven ability to meet targets and deadlines with a results-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with financial investment products and property compliance processes is a plus.
- Can Generate Leads and Schedule Site Visits.
- can do Face to Face Meetings with Hot/Warm Clients.
