Role: Performance Sales Closer – Fintech (Remote/On-site | Commission-Based)
What You’ll Do
- Call and pitch OMRE subscription plans (₹2,499 – ₹4,999)
- Explain product value clearly to active traders
- Handle objections and close deals
- Maintain follow-ups and hit revenue targets
Compensation
- Progressive commission per sale
- ₹1,000 – ₹2,000 average payout per conversion
- No fixed salary (but expected monthly income is 20k-80k)
- Monthly payouts

Who We Want
- Strong communicators who can confidently close
- Target-driven, performance-focused individuals
- Prior sales experience preferred (edtech/fintech/insurance)
- Basic stock market knowledge
