About The Role
We’re hiring a high-performance inbound Sales Closer to handle pre-qualified, vetted calls only.
No cold outreach.
No prospecting.
No chasing leads.
You’ll speak with business owners already interested in scaling, and guide them through a consultative, multi-touch sales process.
What You’ll Do
- Take 15–20 pre-booked, qualified sales calls per month
- Run structured, consultative sales conversations
- Follow up with prospects (1–3 calls typical)
- Handle objections with clarity and confidence (no pressure tactics)
- Close high-ticket deals and initiate onboarding
- Maintain clean pipeline tracking
What We Provide

Offer Details
- Average Client LTV: $30,000
- Commission: 15% per deal
- Typical Earnings: $4,500 per close

Who We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in high-ticket or commission-based sales
- Strong track record of closing (coaching, consulting, agencies, SaaS, etc.)
- Comfortable with B2B decision-makers
- Excellent communication and emotional intelligence
- Organized, self-driven, and performance-focused
Sales Environment
This is not transactional selling.
You’ll be working with business owners making serious financial decisions, so your ability to:
