🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Closer / BDM who can convert leads into paying clients for our Solar ERP software. The candidate must have strong communication skills in Hindi & English, and should be confident in handling online meetings, demos, and closing deals.
🚀 Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound leads of solar EPC companies
- Conduct product demos of Solar ERP software via Google Meet / Zoom
- Deliver high-converting sales pitches and explain product benefits clearly
- Understand client requirements and customize ERP solutions accordingly
- Follow up with leads regularly and close deals efficiently
- Maintain CRM data, pipeline, and daily reporting
- Achieve monthly sales targets consistently
- Coordinate with tech/team for smooth onboarding of clients
- Build long-term relationships with solar companies
💼 Required Skills
- Strong communication skills (Hindi + English mandatory)
- Experience in software / SaaS / ERP sales preferred
- Good understanding of sales funnel & closing techniques
- Comfortable with Google Meet / Zoom presentations
- Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality
- Basic knowledge of solar industry (preferred but not mandatory)

💰 Salary & Incentives
- Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000
- High performance-based incentives (uncapped earning potential)
🎓 Eligibility
- Minimum 6 months – 3 years experience in sales (ERP / SaaS preferred)
- Freshers with strong sales skills can also apply
- Laptop + stable internet is mandatory
