About the Client
Our client operates in the dating & personal transformation space, helping individuals improve confidence, social skills, and relationships.
This is a high-emotion, high-impact product - not everyone can sell it.
You need maturity, awareness, and strong communication.
Here You will:
* Handle 100% inbound warm leads
* Take 4-6 high-intent calls per day
* Navigate deep, personal conversations with prospects
* Challenge limiting beliefs and push for decisions
* CLOSE with clarity and authority
* Maintaining discipline across tools (CRM, sheets, follow-ups)
* Showing up consistently - even beyond fixed call windows when needed
Compensation
Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000
Incentives: 5% after ₹3.5L revenue and 10% after ₹5.5L
Bonuses from ₹7L - ₹12L (₹3K - ₹25K)
Realistic Earnings: 40,000 - 70,000/month (can go higher with performance)

* 1-3 years real sales experience (with proof of numbers)
* Fluent in English + Hindi (spoken & written)
* Strong empathy + social intelligence
* Assertive personality - can challenge prospects confidently
* Fast thinker, sharp communicator, high awareness

Willing to take calls beyond fixed hours when required
High level of professionalism (no attitude / behavioral issues)
