Role Description
This is a full-time, remote, commission-based role for a Sales Closer.
You'll be responsible for engaging with warm, pre-qualified prospects, understanding their needs, and closing deals. Daily responsibilities include communicating our service offerings clearly, negotiating terms, following up on leads, and delivering a client experience that converts prospects into long-term partners.
Commission Structure
- 10% commission on every deal closed
- Deals are priced in USD high-ticket packages
- Pre-booked appointments provided
- Fully uncapped earnings
Qualifications
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills professional, persuasive, and clear
- Proven ability to close deals and consistently hit sales targets
- Strong negotiation, organisational, and time-management skills
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, results-driven environment
- Experience with CRM tools GoHighLevel preferred
- Understanding of digital marketing channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, social media) is a strong advantage
- Previous experience in sales or digital marketing is a plus
