Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and driven Sales Closer to join our team in a full-time on-site capacity located in Delhi, India. The Sales Closer will be responsible for engaging prospective clients, understanding their needs, presenting tailored solutions, and successfully closing sales. Other responsibilities include managing leads, maintaining client relationships, meeting sales targets, and ensuring a seamless sales process. Collaboration with the team to shape strategies for business growth will also be a crucial part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in closing deals and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in client relationship management and nurturing leads through the sales funnel.
- Time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of sales strategies and CRM tools will be an advantage.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or related fields.
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
