Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Closer who can confidently handle Indian and international clients and convert inbound leads into paying customers.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads from ads, WhatsApp, and funnels
- Conduct client calls (Zoom/Google Meet)
- Understand client requirements and pitch solutions
- Close deals and achieve monthly targets
- Maintain CRM updates and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal team post-sale
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in sales/closing
- Strong Hindi communication (mandatory)
- Excellent English communication (mandatory – international clients)
- Ability to handle ₹25K–₹2L deals
- Comfortable working from office (Hyderabad – KPHB)
- Target-driven mindset
Compensation
- Fixed Salary + High commissions
- Top performers can earn 2x–3x incentives
