Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Clinical Dietitian role based in Delhi, India. The Sales Clinical Dietitian will conduct nutritional assessments, provide individualized nutrition counseling, and design medical nutrition therapy plans aligned with client health goals and clinic protocols. The role includes educating clients on sustainable dietary and lifestyle changes, monitoring progress, and adjusting plans as needed. In addition, the Sales Clinical Dietitian will actively promote clinic services, participate in client acquisition and retention activities, and support sales objectives through consultations, follow-ups, and relationship-building with clients and referral sources. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate clinical documentation, collaborating with the clinic team, and staying current with nutrition research and best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong foundational knowledge in nutrition and human nutrition, with the ability to apply scientific principles to client care.
- Proficiency in dietetics and medical nutrition therapy for managing weight, metabolic disorders, and other health conditions.
- Experience in nutritional counseling, including motivational interviewing, client education, and behavior change support.
- Ability to integrate clinical nutrition expertise with sales and client relationship skills to promote clinic services effectively.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Relevant professional certification or registration (as applicable in India) is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centered and non-judgmental approach.
- Organizational skills for managing multiple clients, maintaining accurate records, and meeting sales and service targets.
- Comfort working in an on-site clinical environment in Delhi and collaborating within a multidisciplinary
