As the exclusive representative of JSI Alliance in India, we are expanding our commercial team and are looking for a passionate, commercially driven Sales & Chartering Manager to be part of our continued growth.

From Breakbulk, Heavy Lift, and Project Cargo to Multipurpose Vessel Chartering, our commercial team plays a vital role in developing tailor-made shipping solutions that meet our clients' unique project requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities
✔ Drive business development across the Breakbulk, Heavy Lift, Project Cargo, and Multipurpose shipping sectors.
✔ Develop strong relationships with EPC contractors, project developers, freight forwarders, shipowners, brokers, and industrial customers.
✔ Identify new business opportunities and design customised maritime transport solutions.
✔ Negotiate charter parties, freight agreements, and commercial terms with international partners.
✔ Represent Sai Maritime at customer meetings, industry conferences, and business forums.
✔ Collaborate closely with Operations to ensure seamless execution and exceptional customer service.
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 4 years' experience in Chartering, Breakbulk, Heavy Lift, Project Cargo, or Multipurpose Shipping.
* Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
* Strategic thinking combined with a results-driven mindset.
* Willingness to travel and engage directly with customers.
* FICS qualification (preferred but not mandatory).
