About the Roles
We are hiring for multiple positions on our Sales team, ranging from freshers who are eager to build a career in B2B/enterprise technology sales, to experienced Senior Sales professionals with a strong track record in cybersecurity or enterprise software. Whether you are just starting out or bringing years of expertise, if you are driven, consultative, and excited about the cybersecurity space, we want to hear from you.
Each team member will be responsible for driving revenue through a combination of direct enterprise sales and channel/partner-led sales, contributing to Progist's growth across target markets.
Responsibilities
Direct Enterprise Sales:
- Identify, prospect, and develop new enterprise accounts across target verticals (BFSI, IT/ITeS, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Government, and more)
- Conduct solution presentations, product demos, and proof-of-concept engagements tailored to client needs
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with CISOs, CIOs, IT Heads, and key decision-makers
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to develop compelling, customer-specific proposals
- Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets and pipeline goals
Channel & Partner Sales:
- Identify, onboard, and enable channel partners, resellers, and system integrators to drive indirect sales
- Develop joint business plans with channel partners to expand market reach and pipeline
- Support partners in co-selling, deal registration, and customer engagement activities
- Conduct partner training sessions and enablement workshops to build product knowledge and sales capability
- Manage partner relationships and ensure consistent pipeline contribution from the channel ecosystem
- Work with the marketing team to design and execute channel-focused campaigns and events
Qualifications
For Entry-Level / Fresher Roles (Sales Development Representative / Inside Sales):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Curiosity about technology and a genuine interest in cybersecurity and enterprise sales
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn
- Internship or academic project experience in sales or business development is a plus
For Mid-Level Roles (Sales Executive / Territory Manager):
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in cybersecurity, IT security, SaaS, or enterprise software
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Experience working with channel partners or in a partner co-sell model is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Understanding of cybersecurity concepts and enterprise buying processes
For Senior Roles (Senior Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager):
- 6+ years of enterprise sales experience, with at least 3 years in cybersecurity, GRC, or related domains
- Demonstrated ability to close large, complex deals with enterprise and government accounts
- Strong existing network of CISOs, IT decision-makers, and channel partners
- Experience building and managing channel ecosystems including MSSPs, system integrators, and resellers
- Ability to mentor and guide junior sales team members
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to develop territory plans
