Role Description – SALES CEO (Customer Experience Officer)
Agrolt Solutions is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented SALES CEO (Customer Experience Officer) to lead sales growth and customer engagement. This full-time, on-site role in the Greater Rajkot Area involves developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, driving business expansion, and leading high-performing teams to deliver exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Sales & Sales Management
- Excellent Communication & Customer Relationship skills
- Ability to lead, train, and motivate teams
- Strategic thinking with analytical decision-making skills
- Strong leadership and business development capabilities
- Experience in the agriculture or greenhouse industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
