Role Overview
We are looking for a result-driven Centre Sales Manager to drive admissions, lead generation, and sales activities for the assigned centre. The role requires strong leadership, sales acumen, and the ability to manage end-to-end admission processes while ensuring high conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets for the centre
- Deliver impactful sales presentations across nearby regions
- Conduct productive house calls and lead conversion activities
- Manage the complete admission process including documentation and batch formation
- Organize and conduct career seminars in schools, colleges, and institutions
- Oversee data management, MIS preparation, and team coordination
- Handle student and parent queries through effective counselling
- Drive business associate (BA) tie-ups and partnerships
- Conduct regular STP (Sales/Training/Promotion) activities
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduate (mandatory)
- Experience: 6 – 12 years in sales
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and selling skills
- Leadership mindset with team management capability
- Highly motivated with a consistent track record of achieving targets
- Strong interpersonal and counselling abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Background
Candidates from the following industries will be preferred:
- Education / EdTech
- Advertising / Media Sales
- Banking / NBFC / Insurance
- Pharma (A-category companies)
Reporting Structure
- Reports To: Territory Sales Head / National Sales Head
