Role Description
The Sales Center Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad. This role involves overseeing daily operations at the center, including managing the sales team to achieve student enrollment targets. Responsibilities include leading and motivating the team, implementing sales strategies, building and nurturing client and student relationships, and generating reports for management. The Sales Center Manager is also expected to address operational challenges and maintain high standards in service delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and achieving or exceeding enrollment and revenue targets
- Strong skills in Leadership, Team Management, and Operations Coordination
- Proficiency in Communication, Relationship Building, and Client Interaction
- Effective Problem-Solving, Multitasking, and Decision-Making abilities
- Familiarity with training and education services is an advantage
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus
