Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Capability Specialist, based in Chennai. The role involves designing and implementing training programs to enhance sales teams' skills, providing ongoing support to optimize sales management processes, and closely collaborating with sales teams to identify areas for improvement. The Sales Capability Specialist will also work to improve customer service strategies and communication practices, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Sales management and Sales techniques
- Experience in Training and skill development within sales teams
- Ability to analyze performance data and implement actionable insights
- Proven ability to manage and collaborate with diverse teams
- Organizational and strategic problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Experience in the FMCG or dairy industry is a plus
