Role Description
Janardan Farms and Resorts LLP is seeking a dynamic Business Partner / Sales Manager to drive
revenue generation, business development, and strategic sales growth across hospitality, resort,
and allied business verticals. The role is suitable for a self-driven professional who can
independently generate leads, build partnerships, and close business in a hybrid working
environment.
Key Responsibilities:-
1. Generate business through B2B, channel partners, alliances, direct outreach, and
strategic marketing.
2. Identify, develop, and convert qualified leads into confirmed business.
3. Manage client relationships, follow-ups, negotiations, and closures.
4. Coordinate with management for pricing, proposals, and business planning.
5. Maintain regular reporting of sales pipeline, revenue, conversions, and market activity.
6. Represent the Company professionally in meetings, events, and field interactions.
7. Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and client
satisfaction.
Performance Expectations:-
1. Annual revenue benchmark will be assigned separately in the commercial offer.
2. Minimum achievement must remain at or above 70% of the benchmark.
3. The role requires consistent business generation, strong conversion discipline, and
timely reporting.
Desired Profile:-
1. Proven sales, business development, or partnerships experience.
2. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
3. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
4. Experience in hospitality, resorts, real estate, travel, or lifestyle industries preferred.
5. Comfortable working in a hybrid, target-driven role.
