I am currently
hiring for a Sales & Business Lead to join Karmann — a growing, purpose-led venture focused on building sustainable livelihoods for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
This is a high-ownership, revenue-critical role for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong execution.
The mandate is clear:
Drive business growth, build meaningful partnerships, and deliver consistent revenue outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
End-to-end ownership of revenue targets
Building and converting a high-quality B2B sales pipeline
Driving partnerships with corporates, retailers, and institutions
Managing the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to payment realisation
We are looking for professionals who bring:
3–8 years of experience in sales or business development
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
The ability to operate independently with high accountability

Location: Mumbai (in-person, client-facing role)
