Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales & Business Development Specialist. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets, identifying and nurturing leads, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing excellent support through the sales process. The specialist will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, deliver training to clients as needed, and analyze market trends to refine sales approaches and seize new opportunities.
Qualifications:
1) Target Market Lead Generation
Generate and qualify leads across United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and India using outbound outreach, LinkedIn, and inbound strategies.
2) Freelance Platform Growth
Drive sales via Upwork and Fiverr by bidding on relevant projects, optimizing profiles, and converting prospects into clients.
3) End-to-End Sales Ownership
Manage the complete sales cycle including prospecting, proposal creation, pitching digital marketing, MarTech, and AI services, negotiation, and closing.
4) Solution-Based Selling
Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions such as SEO, paid ads, marketing automation, CRM tools, and AI-driven marketing strategies.
5) Client Communication & Retention
Maintain strong communication with international clients, ensure satisfaction, and build long-term relationships for repeat business.
6) Experience & Remote Readiness
2–5 years of B2B sales experience in digital/MarTech/AI services, strong English communication skills, familiarity with CRM tools, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Salary Range: 24000 INR to 32000 INR per month plus Incentives and Bonus.
