Cartotech is Hiring – Senior Business Development (Europe Market)
Cartotech is looking for an experienced Business Development professional with a strong track record in the European market to drive our expansion in engineering and BIM services.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and expand business opportunities across Europe (EU & UK)
• Leverage existing network with engineering consultants, contractors, and developers
• Build strategic partnerships and long-term client relationships
• Lead end-to-end sales cycle – from outreach to deal closure
• Position Cartotech’s BIM, engineering, 4D planning, and BOQ capabilities to clients
What We Are Looking For
• Proven sales track record and strong professional network in Europe
• Experience in engineering consulting, construction, BIM, or related sectors
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
• Strong communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills
• Strategic mindset with the ability to open new markets
