Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Sales & Business Development Managers based in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include building and managing client relationships with dealers, retailers, and individual customers. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, negotiating terms, and achieving assigned revenue targets. The candidate will also assist with market research to monitor industry trends and create actionable business plans while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and align with the company’s goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong skills in Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation
- Knowledge of Market Research and expertise in identifying business growth opportunities
- Ability to analyze sales data and create effective Sales Strategies
- Experience in industries such as building materials, home improvement, or related fields is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and other sales-related platforms
- Familiarity with the Bengaluru market and prior experience managing local B2B, B2B2C, or B2C clients is desirable
