Talasha Recruitment has been mandated to hire a B2B Business Development Manager for a Bangalore based growth accelerator start up. This fast growing start up partners with brands & traditional businesses to manage their end-to-end ecommerce business including supply chain, inventory & marketing on e-commerce marketplaces (amazon)
Responsibilities -
- Own the sales & leads metrics end to end - engage with the warm leads, build trust, guide them to the right solutions & move them through the funnel - ideally closing the sale
- Build strategic partnerships with traditional businesses and brands seeking to evolve into ecommerce
- Participate in relevant industry events, exhibitions, engagements & summits to acquire leads
- Reach potential clients via cold calling, referrals & in-person meetings to present the sales pitch & service demonstrations
- Adopt a consultative form of sales - taking efforts in understanding the clients pain points & guiding them to the right-fit product & solution
- Follow up post-purchase, and engage in long-term customer care
- Create efficient SOPs for sales processes - right from sales pitch phase to drafting & closing service agreements, etc
- Prepare periodic sales pipeline report & report to the management for regular reviews & corrective actions needed
- Up sell and cross sell to existing clients and accounts
Good to Have -
- Prior experience in leading sales & business development for service startups
- Proven experience in driving leads to closure
- Proficiency in communication skills - both written & oral
CTC - Rs. 10-15L Fixed (Basis last drawn)+ Variable
