We’re on the hunt for a Business Development Manager in Bengaluru who doesn’t just chase targets — but owns the scoreboard.

This role is NOT for everyone:
It’s for someone who leads from the front, closes high-value deals, and pushes teams to outperform—consistently.
What you’ll do:
- Convert leads into paid users/creators on the platform
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual revenue targets
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales executives (for managerial scope)
- Set daily/weekly/monthly targets and ensure team alignment with business goals
- Handle 6-8 sales representatives and monitor team performance, conduct reviews, and drive accountability
- Pitch the value proposition clearly and handle objections confidently
- Improve conversion rates through better sales strategies and scripts
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline tracking, and reporting
- Drive a high-performance, competitive, and target-focused team culture
What you bring:
- 2-4 years of sales team handling experience in B2C/EdTech.
- Proven track record of achieving targets
- Strong leadership & negotiation skills
- A “results-first” mindset
