Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru for a Sales Business Development Manager. The responsibilities include identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, formulating and implementing sales strategies, and preparing customized proposals. The role also involves attending industry events, negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Strategic Planning
- Strong client relationship skills and ability to manage partnerships effectively
- Proficiency in Market Research and Customer Needs Analysis
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Knowledge of Integrated Facility Management or relevant industries is a plus
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment with strong organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in contract negotiation and financial acumen to understand ROI
