Role Description
The Sales Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining and strengthening client relationships, creating and implementing sales strategies, and achieving targeted sales goals. The Manager will conduct market research, collaborate with internal teams to align services with client needs, and attend industry events to build networks and promote the company. Monitoring market trends and preparing sales forecasts are also essential responsibilities to drive growth and achieve objectives.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Business Development, Client Acquisition, and Customer Relationship Management
- Strong Sales Negotiation, Presentation, and Communication skills
- Proficient in Strategic Planning, Market Research, and Competitive Analysis
- Project Management and Team Collaboration abilities
- Familiarity with the facility management industry or related sectors is preferred
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and developing long-term client relationships
