Location: Delhi NCR /Jaipur/Ahmedabad/Lucknow/ Chandigarh
Role Objective
To drive strategic business growth, expand market footprint, build strong customer relationships, and achieve revenue & profitability targets through effective sales leadership and business development initiatives in designated region/area.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute sales & business development strategy
- Achieve annual revenue, market share & profitability targets
- Identify new business opportunities across sectors – Industrial, Cold Chain, Warehousing, Commercial Buildings, Pharma, Infrastructure etc.
- Lead key account management, negotiations & closures
- Build Strong relationships with OEM partner to ensure loyalty & collaboration.
Business Development & Market Expansion
- Develop new markets, regions and customer segments
- Build partnerships with Consultants, Architects, EPC Contractors, OEMs, Govt Sec & Channel Partners
- Conduct competition analysis, pricing strategy & market intelligence to understand customer need & expectations.
- Drive brand positioning & business expansion initiatives
- Provide Training to OEM/Fabricators on Product.
Customer Relationship Management
- Strengthen existing customer relationships and ensure repeat business
- Address escalations, support techno-commercial discussions
- Enhance customer experience & retention
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate; MBA in Sales/Marketing (added advantage).
- Strong experience in Sales Leadership & Business Development
- Proven experience in PUF Panels / PEB / Construction Material / Industrial Products preferred
- Excellent negotiation, communication & leadership skills
- Strategic mindset with strong execution capability
