�� Job Title: Manager – B2B Sales (EV Ride-Hailing / Corporate Mobility)
�� Location:
Patna,Bihar (with local travel for client meetings)
�� Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy B2B Sales professional to drive enterprise partnerships for our EV ride-hailing platform. The role focuses on acquiring and managing corporate clients for employee transportation, airport transfers, and mobility solutions, while contributing directly to revenue growth and utilization of the EV fleet.
�� Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development
· Identify and onboard corporate clients (IT parks, MNCs, startups, hotels, institutions)
· Generate leads through cold outreach, networking, and partnerships
· Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
2. Client Acquisition & Revenue
· Pitch EV mobility solutions (daily commute, pre-booked rides, shuttle services)
· Close deals with a focus on monthly billing / contract-based revenue
· Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
3. Key Account Management
· Manage and grow existing B2B accounts
· Ensure high ride utilization and repeat business
· Act as a single point of contact for client escalations
4. Solution Selling
· Understand client needs and propose custom mobility plans
· Work with operations to design routes, pricing, and deployment
· Position EV as a cost-efficient and sustainable alternative
5. Cross-functional Coordination
· Collaborate with Operations, Fleet, and Finance teams
· Ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
· Track metrics like rides/day, utilization, revenue per car

· New client acquisition (logos added)
· Monthly recurring revenue (MRR)
· Rides per day per car
· Fleet utilization %
· Client retention & expansion
�� Candidate Profile
Must Have
· 2–6 years in B2B sales / corporate sales / mobility / logistics / SaaS
· Strong experience in enterprise sales or key account management
· Proven ability to close deals and meet targets
Good to Have
· Experience in mobility, EV, fleet leasing, or transport services
· Existing network in corporates / admin / HR / travel desks
· Startup experience (0→1 or 1→10 scaling)
�� Compensation Structure (Typical for Tier-2 / Lean Setup)
· Fixed: ₹4–8 LPA
· Variable: ₹2–5 LPA (performance-linked)
· Incentives on deal closure + utilization
