Role Description
R R Associates is seeking a Sales Business Development Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, you will develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth, identify and engage potential clients, and build long-lasting relationships with stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, generating leads, preparing proposals, managing client interactions, and negotiating contracts. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Expertise in Market Research, Lead Generation, and Prospective Client Engagement
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams to meet business goals
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Prior experience in the construction or real estate industry is an advantage
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities
