Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager with strong expertise in B2B Sales, School Sales, and Robotics Kit Sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, building partnerships with schools and institutions, and driving sales of robotics labs, STEM solutions, training programs, and robotic kits.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills with a proven track record in institutional sales.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in schools, colleges, and educational institutions.
- Promote and sell Robotics Labs, STEM Education Programs, and Robotic Kits.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and meetings with school management and decision-makers.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, references, and online channels.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Robotics Kit & Product Sales
- Drive sales of robotic kits and educational technology products to schools and institutions.
- Explain product features, benefits, and learning outcomes to clients.
- Coordinate product demonstrations and workshops for schools.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on robotics and STEM trends.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, trustees, coordinators, and procurement teams.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Handle client queries and provide timely support.
Market Expansion
- Develop strategies to expand company presence in assigned territories.
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends.
- Explore opportunities for institutional tie-ups and collaborations.
Sales Operations
- Prepare proposals, quotations, agreements, and sales reports.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Coordinate with operations and technical teams for smooth execution and delivery.
