We are looking for a Business Development & Sales Manager who can take ownership of lead generation, customer conversion, relationship building, and strategic sales growth for our machinery division.

- Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- 4–7 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Industrial Marketing.
- Experience in industrial machinery, capital equipment, recycling machinery, engineering products, or manufacturing sector preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile- Experience in industrial machine sales / manufacturing equipment / recycling industry
- Experience handling international leads / export customers
- Comfortable speaking with factory owners, procurement teams, engineers, and business decision-makers
- Willing to travel for client meetings, exhibitions, and business development
