Role Description
We are seeking a Sales Business Development Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in Mumbai. The role involves identifying and exploring business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies. The Manager will oversee market analysis, propose business growth plans, and engage collaboratively with teams to ensure strategic execution. Responsibilities also include networking with industry stakeholders, generating leads, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Development, Sales Strategies, and Customer Relationship Management
- Strong skills in Market Research, Lead Generation, and Competitive Analysis
- Expertise in Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Proven ability to create Business Plans and meet Sales Targets
- Experience in the food and beverage industry or hospitality is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to take initiative and work independently
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
