Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Thane. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include market research, lead generation, client engagement, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in business development, client acquisition, and creating sales strategies
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills
- Ability to perform market research, analyze industry trends, and identify opportunities
- Experience in preparing and delivering impactful sales presentations
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools

- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the cosmetics third manufacturing/ODM/OEM industry is a plus
