🚀 We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager – E-commerce Logistics (GudzHQ)
We’re building GudzHQ — a logistics platform designed for D2C brands and modern businesses that need better control, pricing, and execution across their shipping stack.
If you’ve worked at companies like Shiprocket, Shipway, Shipyaari, or Delivery Delight — this role is built for you.
🎯 Role Overview
We’re looking for someone who understands how D2C brands actually ship — and the problems they face daily.
This role is simple in definition, hard in execution:
👉 Get us the right customers, and make them ship with us
💼 What You’ll Do
- Generate high-quality meetings with D2C brands, e-commerce sellers, and ops teams
- Understand their current logistics setup and pain points
- Pitch GudzHQ as a better alternative / upgrade
- Onboard clients and ensure they start shipping
- Drive real revenue, not just signups
- Work with internal ops teams to:
- Execute shipments smoothly
- Build and refine distribution strategies
- Sell into and manage relationships across:
- Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, and Chennai
🧠Who We’re Looking For
- 1–5 years of experience in:
- Logistics / shipping platforms
- E-commerce SaaS / post-purchase tools
- You’ve spoken to D2C founders or ops teams regularly
- You understand:
- Courier selection
- Pricing challenges
- First-mile / mid-mile issues
- You can:
- Open doors
- Close deals
- Push for activation and usage
✅ Ideal Candidate
- Comes with an existing network of D2C brands / sellers
- Knows exactly what’s broken in current logistics solutions
- Is highly execution-driven (not just talk)
- Comfortable working across sales + ops + partners
- Has a strong ownership mindset
