Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Business Development Manager based in Bengaluru South. The role involves identifying and developing business opportunities, generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the organization. Responsibilities also include preparing sales strategies, conducting market analyses, negotiating contracts with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to align on goals and achieve successful project execution.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation and client acquisition
- Effective relationship management, negotiation, and networking abilities
- Proficiency in market research and the ability to analyze trends and opportunities
- Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking capabilities
- Clear and persuasive communication and presentation skills
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively
- Familiarity with the interior design industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
