Role Description
We are looking for a highly motivated, aggressive, and results-oriented Sales & Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth across AYKA Care's healthcare ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for SaaS sales, franchise development, healthcare partner acquisition, strategic partnerships, and business expansion initiatives. The role requires strong consultative selling, relationship-building, and deal-closing capabilities.
You will work closely with doctors, clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centers, healthcare entrepreneurs, franchise partners, and corporate stakeholders to accelerate AYKA Care's growth across India.
This is a full-time remote role with significant growth opportunities based on performance and leadership capabilities.
Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Growth & Business Development
- Drive end-to-end sales activities to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across healthcare and technology sectors.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans for market expansion.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound and inbound channels.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, partnerships, email campaigns, and digital outreach.
- Conduct business presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial negotiations.
- Close high-value deals and strategic partnerships.
SaaS Sales & Healthcare Technology Solutions
- Promote and sell AYKA Care's healthcare SaaS products and digital healthcare solutions.
- Acquire doctors, clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare professionals onto the platform.
- Demonstrate the value proposition of AYKA Expert and related healthcare technology services.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Franchise Sales & Expansion
- Lead franchise acquisition initiatives under AYKA Alliance.
- Identify and onboard City Franchise, District Franchise, and State Franchise Partners.
- Conduct franchise discovery calls and business opportunity presentations.
- Evaluate franchise prospects and manage the franchise sales pipeline.
- Support franchise onboarding, launch activities, and relationship management.
- Achieve franchise sales and territory expansion targets.
Strategic Partnerships
- Build partnerships with healthcare organizations, hospitals, clinics, educational institutions, and healthcare associations.
- Develop referral and channel partner networks.
- Explore B2B and enterprise healthcare opportunities.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership contracts.
Account Management & Client Success
- Develop long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- Monitor customer performance and engagement.
- Drive renewals, upgrades, and recurring revenue growth.
- Resolve client concerns and coordinate with internal teams for successful implementation.
Sales Operations & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Track lead generation, conversion rates, pipeline status, and revenue metrics.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Analyze sales performance and market trends.
- Maintain forecasting accuracy and business growth projections.
Market Expansion & Leadership
- Identify new territories, markets, and business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
- Represent AYKA Care at healthcare events, conferences, webinars, and networking forums.
- Mentor and support junior sales executives and business development associates.
- Contribute to sales strategy, pricing discussions, and go-to-market initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- MBA in Sales, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or Business Development will be preferred.
- 3-7 years of experience in Business Development, SaaS Sales, Franchise Sales, Healthcare Sales, B2B Sales, or Strategic Partnerships.
