This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales BDM, Sr Relationship Manager , located in Pune. The assigned Sales Manager will oversee daily operations, manage and support staff, coordinate with clients to understand and fulfill their needs, and ensure high-quality concierge service delivery. Additional responsibilities include managing budgets, coordinating with vendors, planning and executing growth strategies, and maintaining excellent client relationships.

Qualifications ( REAL ESTATE SALES in Past _ONLY )

• Proven experience in operations and staff management
• Excellent client service and relationship-building skills
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to manage budgets and coordinate with vendors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in planning and executing strategic growth initiatives
• Ability to work on-site in Pune
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field preferred
• Experience in the real estate or service industry is a plus
