Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Business Development Manager, located in Noida. The Sales Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving new client acquisitions, identifying business opportunities, and building strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, developing sales strategies, managing client accounts, negotiating contracts, and achieving revenue targets. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of services will also be key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Understanding of market research, lead generation, and strategy development
- Analytical skills for evaluating market trends, sales data, and business opportunities
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams in Noida
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
- Experience in the personal care, cosmetics industry is highly desirable
